GIVE HOPE
Becoming a sponsor is more than making a donation, it is offering opportunity to our Haitian brothers and sisters.
- Sponsorship contributes to 60% of tuition and supplies while parents, who are able, provide 40% or in other ways, volunteer in schools and with student during after school options.
- We are currently supporting students in three schools across Haiti: Mayisad, Port Au Prince and Leogane. 2-3 more are being added soon. The new website and giving platform allows for improved communication and engagement. We can more easily share student progress privately to sponsors. And the Advocacy tools are available to expand our reach and increase awareness and fundraiser capacity. Additionally, we will better highlight Haiti's current conditions and program progress.

"I made it past 9th grade, but the cost for exams is too much and I'm not confident I will even pass"... For young women especially, discontinuing school can lead to higher pregnancy rates. Tuition relief, tutoring and college or vocational opportunities furthers a better life, and positive, lasting impact in the community.

Eye exams are done yearly in schools and child well checks are scheduled regularly ... Common illnesses detected and dealt with early decrease students spending less days out of school and basic learning deterrents to things like reading are addressed by providing glasses.

A teacher gives the last food at home to her own children... but the school she works in provides healthy snacks and meals she can rely on.

If I had to choose between learning and electricity... Tuition relieves the family budget so basics, like the lights, can stay on helping with evening study.
